Idée Inc is seeking a sales support and account management individual to support Idée's image monitoring clients. This individual will assist our sales development team in growing these accounts, training clients and providing sales support. This is a role that requires a dynamic individual with excellent data analysis skills, strong written and oral communication skills and an entrepreneurial drive.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales in initial business development and pilot project deliveries
  • Manage delivery of services to clients following contract execution
  • Work with business development to analyze accounts and optimize revenue opportunities
  • Compile client performance metrics
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and sales prospects
  • Participate in the development of sales forecasts
  • Manage all aspects of client demonstrations including demo planning, client preparation, demo delivery and follow up
  • Respond to day to day client requests and follow up

Requirements

  • Excellent data analysis skills and great problem solving skills
  • Exceptional attention to details
  • Proven track record evaluating metrics
  • Ability to develop good business relationship with clients at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • General understanding of software as a service and the business models that drive it
  • Excellent computer skills, specially MS Excel
  • Natural ability to develop commercial relationships
  • Self starter attitude
  • Entrepreneurial and sales drive
  • Excellent follow–through skills
  • Bilingualism (French/English) an asset
